This notice explains how we use information from this website and service inquiries.

When you send an inquiry

We use the name, email address, team details, website, selected service, and any optional notes you submit to respond to your inquiry and, if you proceed, deliver the services we agree on. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal information, or private client records.

FormSubmit processes the form and delivers it to our business email, hosted with Google Workspace. FormSubmit says it retains submissions for 30 days. We retain the resulting email correspondence as needed to handle your request and any work we agree with you. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they find us, general device and location information, and whether a service inquiry reaches the confirmation page. We do not send your form answers, name, email address, or business website field to Google Analytics.

Analytics cookies can distinguish visits using a browser identifier. Our Google Analytics tag only loads after you accept analytics. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google signals. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy.

If you accept analytics, we also load Promptwatch Visitor Analytics to measure visits referred by AI search tools and see which pages those visitors reach. Our integration does not send inquiry form answers to Promptwatch.

If we emailed you

We may contact businesses by email using business contact information that is publicly or commercially available, such as a business’s website or its Google Business Profile, to offer our services. We use it only for that purpose. If you’d rather not hear from us, reply to the email or write to contact@brightlyfound.com and we’ll stop.

Your choices

You can decline analytics and still use the website and send an inquiry. Use in the footer to change your choice. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection from this browser; it does not automatically remove information already processed.

We remember your analytics choice in this browser for up to six months. If you accept, Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 90 days without renewal. For accepted analytics, a temporary marker containing only a timestamp helps count the return from an inquiry submission once; it expires after 30 minutes.

Website services

To understand how AI crawlers access our public pages, we send requests identifying themselves as supported AI crawlers to Promptwatch. These server-side logs include the crawler’s IP address, user agent, requested path, request method, response status, content type and time. We do not include query strings, referrers, cookies or inquiry form answers in these logs. This operates separately from optional visitor analytics.

Our hosting and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect their services. Embedded fonts are delivered by Google Fonts. These services can process information outside your country.
