These terms explain what you get when you work with Brightly Found, how payment works, and what we can and can’t promise.

How we get started

Brightly Found helps residential real estate teams improve their visibility in AI search. You can start with a free, prepared 15-minute AI visibility review, a standalone audit, or a monthly plan. Reviews require at least 72 clock hours’ notice. An audit is not required before a monthly plan. We agree on the service and scope in writing before work begins.

AI Visibility ($999/month)

Monitor + Prioritize: ongoing tracking of up to 20 bespoke prompts, AI visibility monitoring, high-value buyer and seller search tracking, competitor visibility analysis, citation and source analysis, a prioritized 90-day roadmap, monthly strategy review, and quarterly strategic refresh. Bespoke prompts are AI search questions tailored to your market, ideal clients, and services. Your team prepares the content, translates the strategy into implementation, and carries out the work.

AI Visibility Growth ($1,499/month)

Everything in AI Visibility, with tracking expanded to up to 50 bespoke prompts, plus detailed implementation briefs for priority recommendations each month; ready-to-upload copy for recommended AI-visibility content; step-by-step technical guidance; page structure, metadata, internal-linking and schema guidance where relevant; implementation support; up to two revision rounds on Brightly Found-created content; implementation review; and ongoing measurement after changes are made. Your team or agency supplies information, approves, uploads, publishes and configures the work. Protected-market exclusivity and the 90-Day AI Visibility Progress Guarantee apply under the agreed program terms.

Premium Done-For-You (starting at $2,999/month)

Everything in AI Visibility Growth, including ongoing tracking of up to 50 bespoke prompts, plus direct implementation of approved AI-visibility work on your website. This can include publishing or updating pages, metadata, internal linking, FAQs, structured data and schema, relevant technical improvements, direct CMS implementation and implementation review after publishing. Your team provides access, accurate business information and approvals. Pricing and implementation scope are confirmed in writing before work begins. This is not an unlimited website development, redesign, maintenance or general marketing retainer.

AI Visibility Audit ($299, one-time)

A standalone snapshot of your current AI visibility: a limited set of high-value buyer and seller searches, competitor visibility findings, key source and citation observations, and top opportunities to improve. Ongoing monitoring and implementation are not included. If you upgrade to a monthly plan within 30 days, the full $299 is credited toward your first month.

Payment and cancellation

We don’t take payment on this website. After agreeing on the service, we send an invoice by email (currently through PayPal). All prices are in USD; applicable taxes and third-party costs are extra. Monthly plans are billed in advance, month-to-month, with no setup fee and no long-term contract. Cancel by emailing us before your next renewal. Ongoing monitoring and support end when your engagement ends.

Protected-market exclusivity

Growth and Premium include protected-market exclusivity within a territory whose boundaries we explicitly agree with you in writing.

We will not accept a direct residential real estate competitor targeting substantially the same buyers and sellers in a protected territory on Growth or Premium. Protection remains in place throughout any complimentary guarantee period and until the engagement ends. The $999 AI Visibility plan does not automatically reserve a market. Exclusivity does not give ownership of AI results or guarantee placement.

90-Day AI Visibility Progress Guarantee

AI Visibility Growth and Premium include an initial 90-day progress guarantee, measured from the documented onboarding start. If qualifying progress has not occurred within those 90 days, we continue the same service without monthly fees for a maximum of 90 additional days.

Billing resumes prospectively only after documented qualifying progress and advance notice—never retroactively. If no qualifying progress occurs by the end of the extension, the engagement ends with no further charges.

Qualifying progress means an increase over the agreed baseline in the proportion of monitored AI answers that accurately recommend your team for the agreed non-branded buyer and seller searches, confirmed in each of two consecutive weekly measurement windows.

At onboarding, we document the baseline, fixed query set, platforms, locations, calculation, and onboarding start date. Branded searches, irrelevant mentions, cherry-picked screenshots, or changed queries cannot satisfy the guarantee. Client implementation dependencies and delays are documented.

Growth clients remain responsible for implementing agreed priorities. No specific rankings, recommendations, leads, clients, closings or revenue are guaranteed.

First-month delivery promise

For monthly plans, we refund the full first-month fee if Brightly Found does not complete the agreed first-month deliverables within 30 days of the documented onboarding start for reasons within our control. We agree the deliverables checklist in advance and document any client-caused deadline extensions.

Your accounts and your work

Your domain and accounts remain yours. Client-specific approved work remains usable after cancellation. Brightly Found’s internal methods and tools remain separate. Access you provide for Premium is used only to carry out the agreed work, and you can remove it at any time. Nothing goes live without your approval.

Confidentiality

We keep the business information, account access, and results you share with us confidential. We use them only to deliver your services, and we don’t share them with anyone except the service providers we rely on to run our business (such as email hosting). We won’t publish your name or results without your permission. See our privacy notice for how we handle website and inquiry data.
