Unbranded questions do not name the team. A recommendation counts only when the answer accurately identifies the team as an option for the relevant search. A citation is a link to the team’s website. These measures can overlap and are reported separately.

PRIORITY 01

Make the relocation service easier to understand.

What the sample shows
The team appears in 2 of 18 relocation answers. In this fictional example, its website mentions relocation support but has no page explaining that service.
What we would verify
Review the recorded answers and cited pages, check the team’s actual service scope, and inspect the website. A low recommendation count alone does not tell us the cause.
The proposed work
If the information gap is confirmed, prepare a relocation page and link it from the buyer-services page. Explain the support using facts the team has approved.
What happens next
On Growth, you receive the finished copy and publishing brief shown below. After implementation, we review the page and track the agreed searches over time.

Moving to Example City? Start with a focused home-search plan.

Bring your timing, budget, and priorities. We’ll help you organize the search and understand the steps between choosing a home and moving in.

Start with the decisions that matter to you.

Before you begin comparing properties, tell us when you expect to move, your preferred price range, the type of home you need, and the journeys you make most often. These details give your search a practical starting point.

Compare areas against your priorities.

We help you organize a shortlist around your budget, property requirements, and commute. Check travel times, local services, and property details against current information so you can decide what fits your day-to-day life.

Plan the next steps before you travel.

Agree on how you will review properties, which visits to prioritize, and what information you need before making an offer. We’ll explain the buying process and coordinate the next steps with you.

Can we start the search before we move?

Yes. We can begin with a conversation about your timing, budget, and priorities, then agree on how to review suitable properties before you travel.

Do we need to choose an area first?

No. Start with your practical requirements. We can help you structure the comparison so you have a manageable shortlist to research and visit.

A defined finish line.

The brief explains where the work goes, who is responsible, and how we check that it was implemented correctly.

Who publishes
Growth: your team or agency. Premium: Brightly Found, with the required access and approval.

Ready to publish when:

  • The team has approved the facts and final copy.
  • The page has one main heading, readable sections, and working contact links.
  • The page title, description, and canonical address use the approved live URL.
  • The page is reachable from relevant website pages and included in the sitemap.
  • Mobile layout and public access have been checked, with no accidental indexing block.
  • Any structured data matches the visible, factual content.

Implementation review: check the live URL against the approved brief, record the publication date, and note any remaining fixes before evaluating changes in visibility.

Growth includes implementation questions, review, and up to two revision rounds on Brightly Found content. Premium adds approved website implementation. See plan responsibilities and service terms.

04 / PROGRESS REVIEW

Separate work completed
from changes observed.

Publishing a page is a delivery milestone. Its effect on AI visibility is something we observe afterward against the agreed baseline.

  1. Record the baseline.

Agree on the questions, market, platforms, competitors, and measurement definitions. Keep dated answers and source URLs. Evaluate branded questions separately from discovery searches.

  2. Log what changed.

Record the approved work, the live URL, publication date, publisher, and review status. This makes completed work distinct from planned recommendations.

  3. Compare like with like.

Use the same agreed questions and settings where possible. Report dates and valid-answer counts, and disclose missing answers or changes to the sample.

  4. Explain the next decision.

Review accurate recommendations, citations, and relevant source changes across repeated observations. Explain what improved, what remains unclear, and the next priority.

For the illustrative report above, 12 accurate recommendations ÷ 60 answers = 20%. A later report would show the new count and denominator alongside this baseline. Collection cadence and review timing are agreed at onboarding. A change after publication does not, by itself, prove that the new page caused it.

Visibility and citations are not leads or revenue. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, closings, or revenue. The Growth and Premium progress guarantee follows the agreed measurement and eligibility terms.
